Two years ago I was posting a picture of one old hot strip mill in Indiana which was relocated from some shutdown plant in Wales.
During my recent trip to the UK I found the answer.
It comes from Newport (Cardiff). But the plant is no longer empty. You can actually find there the second most modern hot strip mill in Europe. A copy of the old one.
