KWK Anna w Pszowie, szyb Chrobry I | Anna coal mine in Pszow, shaft Chrobry I
Of course, it's a not shaft in that photo, but it show very important part of it. This is one of two winding engines of Chrobry I shaft. The coal mine is located in Pszow, Silesian, Poland. That engine called as "Chrobry I zachod" (a western compartment of shaft) was build in 1942. The coal mine was found in 1832 and the exploitation was finished in 2012. Now only heating plant still in operation. Some buildings were designed by Hans Poelzig.
