Soda silo
Not a soda syphon, although it has a similar shape to a traditional cocktail shaker!
Part of the former Solvay process soda ash plant in Nestemice, Usti nad Labem, which supplied soda ash to the world famous Bohemian glass industry.
The plant closed a number of years ago, and although parts are being re-occupied by modern industrial clients, it appears that a number of the older structures survive. Sadly, I only discovered the plant at the very end of my day in Usti, with no time to get closer than this view, taken from the main road through the town.
