A monument for the Russian prisoners of war
The railway bridge "Pont des Allemands", Visé (B), was built by Russian prisoners of war commissioned by the German occupier during WWI. The bridge with a length of 530 m. has been taken into use in 1918. Now the bridge is being renovated; this is a piece of the old one waiting to be scrapped. In the background the new bridge.
