This drawing shows the demolition of two blast furnaces from East Moors steelworks (Cardiff) c.1978. The owners of this plant relocated to this site from Dowlais (Merthyr Tydfil) around 1890 in order to gain better access to Cardiff docks which was located nearby. The site was completely cleared and has now been partially redeveloped.
