This blast furnace was built in the late 18th century. It is located in Ulfshyttan south of Borlänge. At the same site there was also a saw mill, a power station and a grain mill. In 1917 the furnace employed 75 workers. Production output was 5525 metric tons of iron. The furnace was closed in 1939.
