No more grinding in PilsenSteel (Pilsen, Czech Republic) these days. Whole plant is shutdown sice friday, 900 workers are waiting for their pay-offs at home. If not paid until 16th July, the workingmen´s union will ask for insolvence.
Bummash, current russian owner, was struggling with lack of raw material during last months. To handle this long lasting problem a repurchase of serbian Smederevo mill was considered as well.
