Derby's Grade II listed GNR Bonded Goods Warehouse at Friargate remains defiant despite being derelict for many years. Since the inner ring road was completed in 2012, it's prominent position has been greatly enhanced with a majestic view of it heading north along Mercian Way.
Hopefully, plans to redevelop the site and bring the building back to life will eventually come to fruition before it finally succumbs to the ravages of time.
