The 1,000 MW coal fired Rugeley Power Station in Staffordshire is currently undergoing installation of two flue gas desulphurisation plants by Lentjes. Due for commissioning in 2008 the project is costing £115 million. On completion of the work the old chimney to the left will be demolished.
