This large sewage plant was opened in 1926 in the Munich district of Fröttmaning, in the north of the Bavarian metropolis. It's one of the largest and most modern in today Europe, capable to work 192 millions m³ of sewage brought here from Munich and its surroundings by a network of 141.000 house connections and 70.000 street gullies
